I am the new Captain of Division One and Commander of the Soul Society ~ Announced by Chris!

1. Respect all Divisions
2. Respect the Soul Society
3. Trust comrades
4. All reports must be directed to me
5. Respect Captains and Lieutenants
6. All actions of disruptence must be turned in to me
7. Pardons will be given when said to be given
8. All hail the Soul Society
